First, thanks again to everyone who gave excellent suggestions. After much deliberation, we've decided to head to Amsterdam. (Please wait for my "Give me some things to do in Amsterdam" post.) Amsterdam works because it's only a 7 hour flight from New York and Boston, both of us have never been there, and there's a lot to do....
